I actually can't believe...

...how crappy I feel. It came on soooooo quickly. I didn't feel this
bad even a couple of hours ago. I pretty much can't get off the sofa
and all I want to do is whine. Alex isn't here for me to whine to, so
the blog is getting the brunt of the whining, along with the cats (but
they can run away... Damn mobile cats shunning me!). Ugh. Achey.

Uuugh

Here is a picture of the Corned Beef and Cabbage that I made to bring
along to a pot-luck dinner at Adam & Beth's house today. It never made
it there, and neither did we. Alex got called out on a case and I
didn't end up going because I'm freaking sick again. I'm so annoyed
because I feel almost exactly the way I did a few weeks ago, when
everyone in my office got sick. I've got a disgusting cough, my throat
hurts, and I feel horribly achey, cold, and anxious. So instead of
going out and hanging out with some friends and eating comfort foods,
I'm stuck on the sofa feeling like crap. I just REALLY hope I feel
better by tomorrow morning, because I have someone coming in for an
interview at 9am. I hope this isn't like last time. I was sick for a
couple of days last time. Uuuugh.
