So happy together...

Doesn't that song just make you unreasonably happy? It does for me. :)

I'm just in a really good mood right now. It's just after 5 on a Friday of a three day weekend. Yay! No work until Monday! Yay!!!

Also, Alex and I have been tossing around the idea of going back to Disney next year... we're thinking of next January... less than a year away! Yay! We're going to try and rent points from a DVC member so that we can stay at the Boardwalk Inn Resort... We TOTALLY fell in love with that resort when we were there last year, but it's HELLA expensive. I mean, close to $300 a night expensive. So since that's COMPLETELY not do-able, we're hoping to rent points... the time of the year that we'd like to go only requires 85 points for a week's stay, and since the going rate for renting points is around $10 a point, we could possibly stay at a deluxe resort at Disney for an entire week for $850. How much would that rock? A lot. It would rock a lot. Anyway, so keep your fingers crossed for us that we are able to rent points so we can stay at our top-choice resort! :)

I don't know how "set" we are on January, though... I just read that the new "mountain" in Animal Kingdom isn't supposed to open until the Spring of 2006... Maybe we'll go back in September again like we did last year... Though it was REALLY hot and there were all of those threats of hurricanes... So maybe it will be January... I dunno. I guess it'll depend on if we can rent points and for when. :) I'm just SO excited!!! :)

And since I'm being totally "gushy" over Disney, here are a few Disney-related Quizilla results... ;)

it's a small world
"it's a small world": The happiest cruise
that ever sailed! Surreal and silly, or sweat
and touching, you are a well intentioned 1960s
homage to the world's diversity that
unfortunatly inspires feelings of sheer terror
in those who can't help but feel something more
sinister lays beneath your shiney surface. But
most cannot deny your charm, even if they
cannot explain it, and leave feeling better
than when they entered. Most overlook the fact
that because of your unique style and design,
courtesy of Disney Legend Mary Blair, you are a
true work of art and you deserve to be
appreciated. You are both worldy and
simplistic, both cosmopolitan and decidedly
middle American. You are a splendid
candy-coated contradiction with a sugary, sunny
song that one never forgets. If the world
truely listened to your never-ending optimism,
it could be a small world after all.

I'm actually hoping to do a lot of travel over the next year or so... Beck keeps talking about going on another European adventure... And since my sister is planning on moving to Amsterdam, maybe we'll go visit her there! :) AND I can't let another British Air deal slip away! I NEED to go visit Carrie and John in Scotland ASAP! :)

Ok... Off to start the weekend! :)

Annoying...

Can I even tell you how annoyed I am? I totally wrote two posts and sent them by email on Sunday night and I guess they just got lost in the abyss that is the internet. Argh. And I sent them through Hotmail and they aren't saved in my "sent items" folder. So I guess they're lost forever. But that's probably OK as they were kind of annoying, whining posts...

I'm also annoyed that I was struck down by a nasty cold most of last week. I felt better over the weekend, so I thought it was gone... little did I know... it krept back. And now I'm back to a "hurty" throat and coughing. EW.

Ok. Enough bitching for now. Back to work. Will write more when I'm not at work...
