Own It

So Dodi just put a new skin on her blog and it's so freaking adorable! I'm so jealous! This should really push me to go ahead and make the skin that's been in my head for a while for this blog... something very cute and slightly glamorous. Like me. ;) Well... I think I have the cute part down... I need to work on the glam... and the modesty... ;)

Oh! So this is just going to be a quick little update/note because I'm drowning in work and I should be doing that and not this... But what was I saying? Oh, yeah. I got a new haircut. It's fab. I'm very pink in that photo but I've been telling myself that it's because I was wearing a pink sweater and it's nothing more than a reflection of the sweater and not that I have annoying skin.

And I just need to post that I have an awesome boyfriend! He cleaned my apartment for me yesterday and I so totally can't even say how much I appreciate that! I was just getting so depressed with the hell-holeness of my place and I hadn't been able to start cleaning yet and yesterday was an awful day at work and I didn't even want to go home because it was such a hole and there was no way I could relax there but when I got home I found that he'd cleaned the cat boxes, done all the dishes, and taken out all the trash. HE RULES. Actually, he and Lee rule. Alex was working yesterday and Lee was his partner and they wanted to hang out at the apartment and watch movies while they weren't busy and Alex knew that I'd be pissed that he brought someone else over to my apartment in the state that it was in so they cleaned my apartment. I just can't even express how awesome I think that is.

But now I must get back to work. And I promise to post something new and interesting soon... :)
