so here's something i've just learned tonight: never eat triscuits while sitting in front of your webcam. webcams always catch you at the wrong 45 second intervals to begin with (i've never seen a pic of myself from my webcam where i haven't been making some horrible face) but matters are definately not helped any by chewing on a whole grain cracker in front of it.

so i bid on a red phone cover for beck's phone for her off of ebay because she didn't have an id. it came today, and i told her i'd post a picture of it so that she can see it and be all excited for having a red phone that she can't have until she comes home either tomorrow or saturday. so here's your red phone beck:

so i've actually been busy today at work. rock. but it still was pretty boring. i guess i don't really like my job. i mean, hey, it's a job, but yeah, it's not all that exciting.

okso, you know what's irritating? when someone prefaces what they're about to say with something like "now, I don't mean you any disrespect..." or "no offense..." I mean, these people know that what they're about to say is disrespectful or offensive in some way. They're admitting it. But, they don't want to take ownership of what they're going to say. They want to totally insult you and then not have to be accountable for it. wimps. i say, own it. if you think someone's a tool, tell 'em. don't say: "no offense, but you're acting like a tool." just say: "dude, you are a tool."

beck and i have decided that we are definately going to ireland this year. we were looking at a couple of tour packages, but i think we'll just go on our own. i never used my free tickets to anywhere in the world that i got for high school graduation. soyeah. rock. this year we'll go to ireland (and probably hop over to england/scotland) and then next year... i dunno greece? cool. :)

i'm listening to "down with the sickness" by disturbed. i love being slightly badass at work. they all thought i was so innocent when i started here. they used to apologize when they would swear in front of me. now they're starting to know better ;)

so it just occurred to me how quiet my computer here at work is. my computer at home is so loud. i need a new fan or powersource. probably just the fan. suckage though. anyway, my computer at home is so loud, it sounds like a refrigerator or something. it's just way hella loud. yeah. actually, i have it off right now (which is why some of the page parts aren't available) because it was just so loud. but the weird thing is, it turns itself on. when i got home last night, it was on. irritating.

so i hate snow. i may begin every post like this until the end of winter...

I was completely plowed in saturday morning because of the stupid snow. and i had to have a neighbor help dig me out twice.

saturday night HOTD was cancelled at McGeary's because of the stupid snow. we ended up going to the parting glass and having a good night anyway... (but the snow is still stupid)

when i got home last night i had to climb over a huge snow bank because the plow had already been through and it totally plowed in the little path to get to the back of the apartment building and I fell twice and lost my mood ring (dammit!)

soyeah. so i hate snow.
